Spending the night in the funhouse of a traveling carnival, two young couples on a double date find themselves in for more they bargained for when they witness the murder of one of the carnival workers & are left to attempt to escape the funhouse with all their pieces still intact.
This has never been one of my favs & that point still remains trew to this day. There are things I do still like about it, such as the overall atmosphere & vibe it est. with the carnival & how much personality the plot has, as it reflects Hooper's general sentiments over hating living in the South & leaning into the absurd, which is a consistent theme in much of his work. But, the slow burn & sibling sub-plot & limited horror element present in the actual plot has always made this drag for me, even if the ending DOES make up for it in its own ways...just not enough to make me love this. But, ya'know, I always give a fellow southern heaux like Hooper their due appreciation just for relating over that, so, I've never discounted this among slasher lists cause game respects game.
I liked it...: I like contrasting opinions, they're fun. It's not just a "i think this way" or a "i think that way", there's something real about expressing thoughts in such a healthy way!

I liked it...: I like that question, it's welcoming. It's not just a "how is your day" or a "what are you up to?", there's something real about a question that says just that!

I liked it...: I like the tongue out smiley, it's inventive. It's not just large emotes that take up the page or imagur gifs with obscure links, there's something inventive about a smiley where the tongue is just out
