Well, I actually saw this over the weekend. Short version... it's good! Not revolutionary, but still a really fun movie. Jason Momoa did a lot to impress me (especially since I thought he was one of the weaker links in Justice League), the supporting cast was outstanding, and the action scenes felt like how a live-action, big-budget Dragon Ball movie ought to feel like: big, bombastic, and above all, fun. The DC Extended Universe: comeback of the year? We can only hope...

lmao my friend played a bootleg of it last night since he ran out of internet, and this made me laugh harder than any other movie other than Truth or Dare this year lmao. It's so funny, the music is doing THE MOST, and a lot of the scenes are awkward because of the technology used. I loved it
That's precisely what I loved about this. They just made the most ridiculous possible blockbuster action flick they possibly could, didn't bog it down with self-seriousness, and went for broke. It works on the same level that the Fast and the Furious movies do, honestly.
Naomi New Year: I know Chris, John, and I are still here and Car can't be too too far away since his last post wasn't that long ago, but Greg is on hiatus at the moment because he is busy with school and personal life.
